31 Days of Halloween 2015: Day 12
Day 12 of 31 Days of Halloween has arrived!!!!

Today I bring you a candle holder created with up-cycled items that were altered into this fun piece of art. The base is a heavy cardboard tube and the plate is the glass face for an old clock.
