31 Days of Halloween 2013: Day 29

Today's project is an altered candle featuring Horrorscope images: Gemini, Taurus, Aries, Pisces, Capricorn, Aquarius, Sagittarius, Libra, Scorpio, Cancer, Virgo and Leo from Delicious Doodles.



Images were printed on parchment paper and heat set to the candle. added tissue tape to the borders to create some contrast.

    I love this project. When I had seen these images before as cards they seemed dark and sinister.
    At ths size and used in this way I really like them.
    You have converted me!

    And the border tape (tissue) finishes it off so beautifully.
